綠桔和紅桔

我都覺得綠桔是未成熟的紅桔，綠桔氣味較清新，輕盈，紅桔氣味較甜及圓潤。

**關於綠桔和紅桔的那些事**

有學生說上了Patric Collion的課，他提到綠桔是生長在熱帶地區所以不會變綠，而紅桔生長在亞熱帶或溫帶所以果皮會變色。

然而我們在德系的教學中告訴學員：綠桔和紅桔來自同一種植物拉丁學名為：Citrus reticulata，只是紅桔來自成熟的果皮，綠桔來自未成熟的果皮。

目前看到的資料都是支持後者說法，或許大家可以討論一下，以免冤枉了Collion博士～
