前兩天上了溫佑君老師的課堂，學習芳香五星術的芳療配方，五星術是從出生日期計算你是那一類人（共有九種），了解每一種人的特性，長處及短處，用相對的精油去減輕/超越性格上的障礙，而我因是瑞芳學生，得到溫老師一小時的個別咨詢，對自己的故事更多了解。她說我的心輪被卡住了。過去發生的事仍未能放下。她提議我用玫瑰加芳枸葉、永久花交替使用，將心輪慢慢打開。亦要喝永久花純露。
她提議先搽油，再浸浴。這是她的臨床經驗, 精油吸收得更好.
